Rush Hour is the classic sliding block puzzle. Cars and trucks are jammed onto a 6x6 grid, and your red car needs to reach the exit. Every other vehicle can only slide forward or backward along the direction it's facing, never sideways, so clearing a path means carefully working out which vehicles need to move out of the way, and in what order.
Nothing here is randomly scrambled and hoped-for. Every puzzle is generated and then solved by computer search before you ever see it, so the difficulty rating and the hint system are both based on the true shortest solution, not a guess.
